Use your favourite Lustgården Honey

Honey Ice Cream with Raspberry Sauce

6 port.
Ice Cream:
3 yolks
1/2 dl sugar
1/2 dl Lustgårdens honey (use suggested sorts from list below)
3 dl cream

Whip yolks and sugar after that you mix it with the honey. Whip the cream and mix it with the egg-solution. Pour the soulution in a boul an put in the freezer over the night.

Raspberry Sauce:
200g rasperrys
Icing sugar to sweeten  the sauce
(Little water )

Warm up the raspberrys  and add icing sugar  until it's sweet enough. Add little water if it's necessary.


Take the Ice Cream out of thefreezer 10 to 15 minutes before you serve it.

Simply just delicius

1. Vanilla Ice Cream
2. Wild Strawberrys
3. Whipped Cream
4.Topp with Lustgården Honey

Honey Cheesecake


4 ggs
1 dl sugar
400g Philadelphia Cheese
5 tablespoons Lustgårdens Honey (use suggested sorts from list below)
4 dl Cream
6 st digestive bisquits
2dl bluberrys

Crush the bisquits an put it in a baking tin (ca 1,5  l). Whip yolks with the sugar. 
Mix cheese and honey and put it in the egg-soulution.
Whip the cream and mix it with the soulution.
hip the egg-whites hard and mix it with the soulution.
Put it in the freezer for at least 24 hours. Take it out an hour before you serve it. Top with blueberrys.

Proteinbread with honey


1 tin chickpeas
50g yeast
4 spoons salt
1 dl rapeseed oil
2 msk Lustgårdens honey
10 dl sifted rye
ca 17 dl weat flour
(sea salt and egg to brush the bread with)

Mix the chick peas with 3 dl water until it is asmooth porridge. Add water until the porridge in total is 1,4 l. Warm it to 37 deegres. Pour the liquid over the yeast. Add salt, oil and honey. Stir in sifted rye and half of the wheat flour. Kneading the dough whith the rest of flour. Let rise for 30 minutes.  Knead the dough on the baking board.Roll into buns and put them in 8 rows and let rise covered in 30 minutes.
Brush with egg top with sea salt. Bake in 225 degrees about 15 minutes.
